For more than 40 years

A family restaurant by the sea

Mariano Torres and Caridad Cabañero laid the foundations of a seaside house where the product reigns. Today, Carolina Torres maintains that essence of a traditional beach bar.

The new stage returns to the roots: direct Ibizan cuisine, fresh fish, red shrimp, seafood, and a table facing a small, quiet cove.

Fresh fish from the island

Rotja, dentex, grouper, San Pedro sole, snapper, wild sea bass, and raors in season. The fish is prepared in the oven, with salt, or as recommended for the day.

Es Xarcu is located at Cala Es Xarco, in Porroig, Sant Josep. You can reach it by road with a final stretch of dirt path, or by sea anchoring in front of the restaurant.
