Restaurant
More than 40 years alongside Cala Es Xarco
Es Xarcu was born as a family beach house, close to the water and to the rhythm of a small fishing cove.
Mariano Torres and Caridad Cabañero paved the way; Carolina Torres today maintains the return to the essence: local product, seafood cuisine, and respect for the environment.
The cove commands
Here there is no need to disguise the cuisine. The value lies in the fresh fish, red shrimp, shellfish, the oven, and a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean.
Fresh fish and sea.
A table facing the Mediterranean
The last stretch of road, the tranquil cove, and the anchorage in front of the restaurant are part of the experience. Es Xarcu is not about artifice: it’s about arriving, sitting down, and eating well by the sea.
Ibizan cuisine without disguise
Wild fish from the island, shellfish, Iberian ham, wines, and homemade desserts. A menu designed for the product to be the protagonist.
